Runesson Ovangkol Dreadnought

Runesson Guitars Dreadnought Ovangkol. This Acoustic Guitar features a ovangkol fingerboard, bridge and headplate with stunning flamed maple binding and birds eye maple pickguard. Solid Ovangkol back and sides are combined with a top made of Swiss alpine spruce with scalloped special X-bracing. It is built to produce a loud and warm tone with clear treble, solid bass and a nicely present middle. Well suited for fingerpicking but it also starts to really roar when used with a pick. The glue used on this guitar is hot hide glue and it is finished with shellac and KTM9 laquer. It also features an easily adjustable neck-angle for fast and exact setting of the action with the use of just an allen/hex key. A unique guitar, all handmade in Switzerland
