Gibson Chet Atkins CE 1983

The Gibson CE was introduced in 1982 as Chet Atkins’ signature model. Chet Atkins developed this model according to his own ideas together with the renowned luthier Hascal Haile.

The Chet Atkins CE is a chambered solid-body guitar with nylon strings like on a classical or Spanish guitar. At 46.5mm, the nut is slightly narrower than on regular classical guitars. Ideal for people who often want to switch between electric guitar and the sound of nylon strings.
