Martin GPCE Inception

The new Martin Inception combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative designs and the decision not to use tropical woods. Instead of rosewood and ebony, maple, walnut and European spruce with FSC certification are used. As an innovation, Martin uses “skeletonized” bracings: The bracings inside the body are hollowed out in a honeycomb shape with the aim of making the material lighter and yet resistant in order to optimize the sound on the one hand and to improve the longevity of the guitar on the other.
