The PRS McCarty models are some of Paul Reed Smith’s most famous guitars. They combine proven design features from the 50s and 60s with modern ideas and improvements. They are named after Ted McCarty, a pioneer of the electric guitar who advised Paul Reed Smith from the late 1980s onwards. This collaboration resulted in the first McCarty in 1994 – a guitar that embodies a wealth of experience and genuine craftsmanship.

This pre-owned McCarty is in very good condition and has a very beautifully and intensely figured maple top. Weighing only 3.5 kg, it is at the lower end of the weight spectrum, is well balanced, and very comfortable to play. The guitar comes with the original case and has been checked, serviced, and set up by our in-house technician.
