Gibson Les Paul Standard 1959 VOS Slow Iced Tea Fade 60th Anniversary “Maybelline”
60 Years Les Paul ’59! We’re celebrating by securing more of the much sought-after anniversary models. Your chance for unspoilt vintage sound!
The Anniversary models offer authenticity at the highest level at an unprecedented price. Attention has been paid to the smallest details on the 2019 models. For example the sunken poti-knobs, unwaxed AlNiCo III pickups, the thin headstock veneer, “Bumblebee” paper-in-oil capacitors or the recessed pickguard screw.
Of course it has a long tenon neck, nictro finish and an “Authentic ’59 Medium C” neck profile.
“Maybelline” impresses with its bright sound, sustain rich in overtones and warm lows. The figured maple top with its cloud-like grain underlines the uniqueness of this Les Paul.
