Faithful replica of the “sectret preamp” of an Echoplex EP-3. The EP-3 had the property that even in bypass mode the signal was amplified, thickened and by unwanted phase shift the harmonic overtones were changed in a nice way. The Chase Tone Secret Preamp copies this peculiarity in a first-class way.
